Mission Statement
The mission of the non-geographical Personalized Chevrolet Chapter (aka PCC) is to promote expanded interest in the National organization by encouraging the inclusion of Chevrolets that have been personalized for the purpose of improved safety, comfort, performance or simply to adapt the vehicle to the individual tastes and interests of its owner. The PCC is intended to enhance the interest of existing VCCA members, attract new members, promote fellowship and encourage family participation.
